RSApps Nordics OÜ built Voicetree as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by RSApps Nordics OÜ and is intended for use as is.

File and Voice Data Processing

File Collection: When you use Voicetree’s recording and file import features, we collect and process various types of files including voice recordings, audio files, documents, images, text files, and other media that you create, record, or upload to provide transcription, analysis, and AI-powered processing services.

File Data Processing: Your uploaded files and voice recordings are:

• Processed to generate text transcriptions (for audio content)
• Analyzed by AI services to provide note organization, summarization, and other AI-powered features
• Stored securely on our servers and third-party cloud services

File Data Retention: All uploaded files and voice recordings are automatically deleted within 24 hours in the following circumstances:

• When you delete individual notes from the app
• When you delete your account

File Data Usage: We do not use your uploaded files or voice recordings to train our AI models or share them with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service (such as processing through our AI service providers).

AI Processing and Third-Party Services

AI Service Integration: We use third-party AI services (including but not limited to OpenAI and Anthropic) to process your content and provide AI-powered features such as note summarization, organization, and analysis.

Data Sharing with AI Providers: When you use AI features, your text content (including transcriptions of voice recordings) may be shared with our AI service providers solely for the purpose of providing the requested AI functionality.

AI Training: Your personal data is not used to train AI models. Our AI service providers process your data only to provide the specific services you request.

We may use Personal Information for the following purposes:

• To provide, administer, maintain and/or analyze the Service
• To process uploaded files and voice recordings and provide transcription services
• To provide AI-powered features and analysis of your content
